ADHD

Are you stuck on the hamster wheel of change? Going around and around and arriving at the same place no matter what you do? Most people have a pretty good idea of why they are struggling. Many even know what they should be doing about it. The hang-up always seems to be; getting from knowing what to do, to actually doing it. Being diagnosed with ADHD wasn't a surprise, especially since all the clues were right there. Learning how I had been misunderstanding ADHD is what actually changed my life. No wonder everyday tasks seemed so difficult. My brain functions differently! I am passionate about using what I have learned to help others set up life systems that better serve the ways our brains function
